IGCC Group looking for a Sourcing and Bidding Officer to join our Procurement & Supply Chain Department (Amman office), this position will be responsible for Sourcing the right materials at the best cost and at requested time, analyze and prepare the technical and commercial aspects of proposal.
Main Responsibilities
• Prepare the bid process from receiving the bid through to the final bid submission, documentation & client’s quires.
Job Requirements:
• 0-1 year in Procurement or similar role.
• Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of the RFx (Request for Proposals/Quotations/Information).
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, Shipping, Customs, and Clearing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with suppliers.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Fluently in English and Arabic.
• Working in weekend and holiday is required as job demands.
