Planing Engineer / Jordan and KSA Job Summary: Coordinate with Project Manager and Client, to prepare detailed day to day planning scheduling project execution plan. The Planning Engineer is required to develop the most appropriate method and sequence of timely, safely, and on budget. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Prepare Bill of Material (BOM) based on the drawing provided by client, to maintain updates of work progress, to provide reports to Client and site management and prepare monthly invoices. Responsibilities:
1- Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work
2- Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities
3- Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope
4- Inputs the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project
5- helps in generating data for inputs to budgets, improvement in project methods/procedures, equipment Replacement, etc.
5- Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates
6- Prepares the Daily, monthly Progress reports, Mom. Prepares the monthly Labor histograms
7- Prepare detailed project execution plans considering time, manpower and material requirements in Consultation with Project Manager.
11. Prepare monthly invoices against work completed and submit to Project Managements and Accounting Dept.
12. Undertake any other responsibility assigned BY Project Manager
13. coordinate with project team for site work and project documentation
14- assist in project tendering documents
• Good knowledge of engineering/design scope, job working instruction / procedures, good project control practices in planning and scheduling and overall awareness of projects and process industries
• Has experience in specialized planning & scheduling software utilization (Primavera and/or MS Project)
• Knowledge of design standards and procedures would be an asset
• Full awareness and implementation of the requirements of the Quality Management system and the Environmental Management System
• AutoCAD
• Good health.

-Engineering degree
