Job Description:-
1.Candidate should have 2 years’ experience in call center – telecom sector. (international call center experience is preferred)
2.Candidate should have a Basic Technical support back ground.
3.Responds to customer inquiries; provides routine/complex information; handles complaints; follows up on issues; seeks/gives feedback.
4.Proven work experience as a Customer service representative, handling inbound calls, assisting customers in resolving their queries.
5.Good communication skills in Arabic and English
