Position: Sr Design Architect:
Location: Riyadh (KSA)
Reporting to: Design Manager
Provides design direction, oversees design presentations, monitors project design development and support to ensure consistent and high-quality design. Establishing client relationships, directing and monitoring all design activities.
• Responsible for originating, leading and generating overall design direction for project teams.
• Actively engage with project team, consultants, clients, public entities, and the community at large when required to advance project design concepts and details.
• Creates, develops and implements project design concepts
• Assures design conforms to contractual agreement with client
• Understands and implements processes to reduce risks and exposure
• Monitors initial design through completion of construction
• Design Consultant background
• Min 10-15 years in Design capacity (directly in charge of producing designs)
• GCC experience, KSA preferable
• Knowledge in local codes and regulations (Amanah, Planning Department)
• Previous experience in Towers, Villa compounds, and general knowledge of Master planning (from a regulatory requirements point of view)
