Opportunity for Commercial Lead Manager / Director PQS/MRICS - KSA Riyadh Based.
Salary
to 65kSAR per month + Housing allowance (single status) per month tax
free, Relocation Support, Bonus, Flights, Healthcare. Pre Contract
Commercial expert lead cost planning, procurement through to post
contract, to work with project PMO.
Masterplan
development programme covering full commercial and contractual client
support services, lead group section heads in cost effectiveness, tender
/ selection, documentation services lead, cost monitoring and delivery,
leading a team of cost management consultants over the project term.
Strategic remit to work with the group leadership in growing the team and service line.
You will need; 12-15 years experience in Consultancy PQS and PMO major projects.
Degree in Quantity Surveying and RICS (ONLY) 3 years in the GCC market within PQS Consultancy on post contract delivery.
Pre
and Post contract delivery focused experience Strong D&B (Design
and Build) Contracts experience 10 years as PQS Quantity Surveyor with
the PQS/ Cost management Consultancy environment with a Leading
International firm.
UK TRAINED (worked as QS in the UK Market) UK Educated (attended University Full Time in the UK).
