A Female Senior Accountant is needed in Amman, (Jordanian Only)
Job Duties:
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
• Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; verifying finished product. Completes internal / external audits by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Senior Accountant Skills
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month – end /year end close process
• Excellent familiarity with accounting and ERP software and programs
• English Language both oral and written skills are desirable
Qualifications / Experience
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance from a reputable university
• Has at least a 10-year experience
• Preferably has a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certificate
• Must be female
