Senior Instructional Designer
We
are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and
develop our learning, practicing programs, and empowering the
TVET teachers in applying Technology Enhanced Learning practices.
His main key responsibilities will be distributed as follows:
· Design of courses and programs with focus on Technology Enhanced Learning.
· Liaise
with Audiovisual Production team (kitchen) assigned to course
development regarding formats, quality and interactive use of video and
audio in virtual learning environment.
· Coach (to-be) TVET trainers and instructional designers.
· Propose educational road map strategy for online programs (virtual college).
· Establish
the innovation education department, which includes the scope of work
for instructional designers and education innovators.
· Training and evaluating a predefined number of instructional designers (Educational design training for TVET teachers).
· Define
the standards and KPI’s for the creation of any online interactive
content (courses, quizzes, assignments, collaboration tools, etc..)
based on interactive and trendy technologies (i.e. AI).
