Perform
repair / maintenance / construction works, according to the
supervisor’s instructions and MSF standards, in order to ensure proper
operations and prevent faults / deterioration of MSF equipment /
installations / infrastructures.Ensure
effective management, protection and care of work tools (including site
installations under the employee’s supervision) and keep the workshop
tidy.Purchase
necessary parts that are needed for repairs and handling the invoices
and cash advances with following MSF finance procedures and policies.For
high priced items, multiple quotes would be required following the MSF
procurement policy.Maintain the facility regarding garbage, lights, fire
prevention, smoke alarms (and like fac-tors) and notify line management
for defects.Screening,
follow up and executing all repair and maintenance works in MSF
offices, clinics and house, which include cleaning, painting, gardening
and general tidying-up.To
maintain and replace any components of water electric and ACs system
when necessary.Inspects materials and equipment and perform repairs if
maintenance is required or inform his supervisor for major repair.Assists the logistics department in addressing emergencies such as water tanks and lights.Salary: 610 JODContract:
6 month - Fixed term contract. Could be switched into an oped ended
contract based on the satisfaction of performance & operational
needs.
