SMAS-IP Regional Office in Jordan is looking to hire Recruitment Specialist as per the following:
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Source, Screen & Scheduling interviews.
• Update candidate records and job postings.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data for new employees and generating required reports.
• Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
• Follow up probationary period for new employees with direct managers.
• Participate in recruiting events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Training Certificate in same function is a plus.
• Dynamic & meeting deadlines.
• Communication Skills.
• Good command of English language (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
• Excellent level of using Microsoft Office & Recruiting Systems.
