•
Collect and Manage stakeholders requirements and expectations through
each project while truly owning the product vision and roadmap.
•
Provide the involved team with clear information regarding the end user
experience and how, when, and why they use the product or service.
•
Prepare comprehensive and elaborated BA documents includes but not
limited to Stakeholder Analysis, Business Analysis Plan, Current State
Analysis, Scope Statement Specification, Functional Requirements
Specification, Wireframes and Other Visual Documentation and Data Model
Documentation … etc.
•
Attend all required Scrum meetings including: daily stand-ups, sprint
planning, backlog refinement, sprint review and sprint retrospective.
• Ability to communicate effectively across diverse group of stakeholders including non-technical and technical experts
• Establish success criteria for key product features using scientific methodologies and meaningful metrics.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing and adapt to the needs of the target audience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT field or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar position.
• Work location UAE
