JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Graphic
Designer is responsible for the visuals’ layouts , artworks and prints
of DNA Lifestyle and Virgin Megastore, ensuring premium quality .
Key Accountabilities
- Create
designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout
principles and aesthetic design concepts while following up on their
proper execution making sure they are in line with the promotions'
marketing calendar.
- Implement cohesive internal and external advertising packages.
- Communicate internally and externally with concerned parties to determine layout designs and implementation procedures.
- Follow the set guidelines per each brand owner to maintain quality compliance.
- Coordinate
with suppliers to ensure all printed media and store material are
produced according to high standards of graphics and designs.
- Stay up to
date with latest graphic design software and techniques to accordingly
recommend tools that can be efficiently applied in Virgin Megastore.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts/ Graphic Design
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and graphic software's such as ADOBE, SUITE, Flash, Animation or others

2- Social Media & Content Marketer - DNA Lifestyle / Virgin Megastore
Job Summary
As Social Media
& Content Marketer, you are responsible for the ins and outs of the
social media channels of one of our retail stores; DNA Lifestyle &
Virgin Megastore. You are hands-on to ensure the agreed strategy runs
clearly through all communication and media planning. You support and
implement the social media strategy, including the management of
channels and campaigns, content planning and creation and community
management.
Key responsabilities
Social Thought Leader: you
are aware of the latest social media trends and insights and you share
these inside and outside the organization. Giving presentations does not
scare you off, on the contrary, it gives you satisfaction.
Social Media Strategist: you translate the general business strategy into workable and intelligent social media actionables.
Social Content Marketer: you
collect and create content, including searching weekly for content that
is consistent with the overall strategy. The content is presented to
the client and published once approved.
Social Community Manager: you check the comments and posts daily. You analyze feedback from the fans / followers and start conversations.
Social Analyst: you
prepare a monthly report for the client with an overview of the
communication flow and reactions. You make recommendations and directly
integrate them into your approach.

3- Creative Art Director - DNA Lifestyle / Virgin Megastore
Scope
The Creative
Director works with the Account Management team to develop unique and
innovative solutions from the creative brief to the final execution. The
Creative Director is the creative advocate and falls within the heart
of the marketing & design innovation department. The Creative
Director will develop concepts and designs, working across all
disciplines of the marketing & design innovation department.
Responsibilities
- Develop the visual design, layout and feel of the advertising to be executed in various media
- Ensure concept/design consistency across client initiatives and mediums
- Coordinate and prioritize design efforts across campaigns and teams
- Present concept/design treatments and storyboards to internal and external stakeholders.
- Remain informed of all industry news, creative and general activity.
- Consult with account and strategic planning teams to gather information about a product/service on a strategy to determine the style and visual expression for the advertising
- Additional concept/design projects as required
Qualifications
- At least 3 years art direction experience within an agency setting
- Strong conceptual and design ability with comprehensive knowledge of retail
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to concept and direct ideas, teams and final product
- Polished client presentation skills
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Ability to envision creative ways to leverage online ideas and technologies
- High level of proficiency in branding, online marketing, and media concepts
- Able to integrate the big idea through all mediums
4- Retail Sales Manager - DNA Lifestyle / Virgin Megastore
Scope
The Retail
Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales and operations of the
assigned shops, attaining sales targets, and ultimately responsible
about the profitability of the shops. Additionally, the Retail Sales
Manager is responsible about controlling budgets, managing personnel
issues and contributing to the assessment of shop managers in order to
ensure shops' protatability while providing the highest level of
customer service.
Key Accountabilities
• Oversee the
sales performance by comparing the actual sales versus the weekly
targets, previous years and projections, and take corrective action in
coordination with other departments (e.g. Marketing).
• Set sale
schedule in coordination with Product Managers, and direct the
coordination of sales promotion activities and pricing of merchandise.
• Direct the
opening of new stores by ensuring the availability of needed resources
(staff, merchandise,logistics and other) and manage the closing of
existing ones.
• Review and monitor stock level reports and coordinate with Product Manager to take appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Audit shops
operations and facilities on continuous basis in order to ensure
compliance with company standards, policies and procedures in terms of
productivity, efficiency, safety, security and other.
• Monitor on
continuous basis figures related to manpower cost and shop performance,
coordinate with the Product Manager and the H/R department to enable
operations efficiency at optimum cost.
• Handle the
manpower planning and staffing for the shops and carry out other
functional H/R managerial responsibilities such as training, coaching,
setting career plans, identifying potential employees and other.
• Monitor the
scheduling of all types of leaves for managerial and non-managerial
staff and approve the leaves of Shop Managers jointly with the H/R
Manager.
• Participate
in the development of the seasonal projection report and monitor
competitors' new openings and street locations opportunities (when
applicable), and inform the hierarchy accordingly.
• Prepare an
annual forecast and business plan for the stores, and provide continuous
management of the following functions including: dispatch and delivery,
Stores' Inventory, Stores' Services, Loss prevention, and General
Administration.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5 years of experience in Brand/Shop Management; experience in consumer electronics is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English; comprehension, and, conversation.
