A five star hotel need to hire human resource officer with minimum experience one year in same filed
§ TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Handling all day to day operation for human resource department
· Process all vacations, leaves, and any other daily action for all employees on human resource system.
· Process new employee’s data on Human resource system and review old employee data periodically.
· Tracing file and daily up-date on filing
· Prepare the administration required to issue and/or renew the health certificate for the food and beverage handler’s employees.
· Ensure that the staff locker room is clean and tidy up to the hotel standards in daily bases.
· Ensure that the Staff cafeteria is clean and tidy up to the hotel standards in daily bases.
· Prepare the administration required to issue and/or renew the health certificate for the food and beverage handler’s employees
· Screening candidates applications and schedule interviews for candidates
· Implement human resource policy and procedure
§ Qualifications & competencies :
· B. A degree in business administrator or any related field
· With one year experience at least in hotels (preferred)
· Have a good knowledge in human resource system ( bayan system preferred)
· Good command in English language
· Problem solving
· Time management
· HR expertise
· Labor law & SSC laws
