Junior Technical Support Officer
tebcan.com a leading company working in digital health is looking to recruit a “Junior Technical Support Officer” with the following responsibilities:
Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.
Handling call center & networking problems.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any related field.
CCNA Certified or Level of knowledge.
Basic knowledge operating system.
Basic knowledge computer hardware.
Basic knowledge in database and web app (my sql, java script, html).
Very Good communication skills.
Very good in reading & writing English language.
Can work under pressure.
