TK Elevator is hiring an Accountant
JOB SUMMARY:
The Accountant is responsible for preparing monthly payrolls, payment vouchers, profit & loss statements under the supervision of the Financial Controller.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares journal entries and reconciles the general ledger; prepares monthly financial statements, including distribute monthly revenue and expenditure reports to departments.
- Establishes, maintains, and coordinates the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
- Prepares payroll vouchers (in coordination with the H.R.), invoices, and other accounting documents as required.
- Prepares profit and loss statements for the Chief Accountant.
- Prepares the payment vouchers and issues the associated checks.
- Monitors and reviews accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Explains billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
- Calculates and prepares entries of costs of material, labor , and machine under the Chief Accountant supervision.
- Calculates and prepares reimbursement billings and tracks receivables; reconciles monthly accounts receivable.
- Categorizes and organizes the related files and documents according to the procedures.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar field

- Good Communication Skills
