1• GIS Modeling Manager
2• Water demand management & leakage control – preferably experience in large scale system
3• ICT Manager – familiar with NWC systems
4• Network Modeling Manager
5• Water Quality Manager – actually controlled laboratories and preferably familiar with LIMS and Lab Accreditation. We do not need lab chemists etc.
6• Sewage Network Manager – large systems not small sewerage systems with low flows. The more the better.
7• Wastewater Treatment Plant O&M – management of large plants, not less than 50,000, preferably above 100,000 m³/d
8• Collection Manager – again large areas not small towns and villages
