: Design Section Head Job Summary: Formulating concepts and overseeing the process of designing activities for IBSF projects and Tender quotations. Job Responsibilities: • Review client’s drawings and project specification. • Coordinate, supervise and check designers and sr. designers’ work. • Liaise between design, detailing, other company departments and customers. • Review and approve approval drawings and coordinate with draftsmen/detailers. • Review and approve the quotations design Estimate sheet. • Enhance value engineering propositions to optimize the design weight. • Develop design team capabilities throughout guidance, training, and close interaction. • Ensure the design feasibility against procurement, manufacturing, and erection. • Utilize available manpower efficiently.
