Abu Shakra Trading Company is seeking to recruit Ecommerce Customer Service Representative for a full time position, as per the following qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or another related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- A high level of communication skills.
- A good level of English language.
