We are looking for a Supermarket-Minimarket Unit Manager to join Petra Trading & Investment team:
Job Purpose:
Supervise Sales representatives and follow-up their sales activities,
ensuring their accomplishment to daily and monthly sales targets,
develop Sales Representatives sales skills and direct them , coach them
to develop the sales volume and areas through a set of sales development
plans to increase number of customers, in addition to improving
productivity and distribution
Work on achieve the unit’s monthly and annual sales objectives
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience, 2 of which as unit manager.

- Problem Solving & Handling Complaints Techniques
- Selling Skills
- Financial Management & Budgeting
- Report Writing Skills
