A leading food chain group with 26 branches in Kuwait is looking to
hire 5 male branch managers (Jordanians only) with the following
requirements:
Fresh graduates or maximum 1 year experience in hospitality or restaurants management
Proven customer service experience.
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Pleasant personality
BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
Very good English language verbal and written
Maximum age 30 years
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the branch operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
