A big company in Amman is looking to hire an ERP Developer with the following qualifications :
1. Be the main contact for IFS users for all support related activities.
2. Coordinate the support activities with the In-house IFS experts and External IFS Consultants.
3. Prioritize the support issues based on criticality and business functions.
4. Resolve recurring and minor issues as the first level support.
5. Maintain and analyze system issues and support tasks.
Graduate with 2-3 years’ experience in IFS support role in a manufacturing organization, preferably in an MNC.
Good understanding of ERP workflows.
Good communication skills, native Arabic speaking is preferred.
