Requirements & qualifications following:
• Minimum 1 - 5 years’ experience as Technical Support Experience.
• Experience in the field of Bulk SMS Companies / Information Technology Companies / Advertising & Marketing Companies / Software Companies / Selling Software / SAAS Business.
• Must be a Fluent / Excellent command in English languages.
• Excellent communications and computer skills.
• Excellent knowledge in CRM systems.
• Excellent knowledge in ERP systems.
• Must be a resident of Amman
