We are looking for high potential and motivated candidate to be part of our Managed Services team, who will be responsible for handling the daily tasks and including the responsibility for operating, maintaining, and supporting the company projects. adherence to the business rules and comply with the SLAs.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and network.
keep systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Follow diagrams and the instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Reporting to the Managed Services Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Software engineering, computer science, or any IT-related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidentiality with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
The ability to work well in a team.
Attention to detail.
Ability to Learn New Software and Hardware.
