We are hiring an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer.
• +1 year experience in computer technical support (Help desk).
• Good technical knowledge (Active directory – Domain – Outlook – Printers & Scanner – DHCP & DNS basics – CMD).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Good level in English- writing, reading, and speaking.
• Knowledge or certification in ITIL, A+, or any equivalent certificates.
• Good communication skills.
