*Position: Analyst Customer Applications Support
Competent technical skills in object-oriented databases and data modelling.
• Competent technical skills in Operating Systems, Cyber Security, Network, and hardware.
• Competent technical skills in Endpoint/Device Management Solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, VMware Workspace One, SOTI MobiControl, ... etc.
• Competent technical skills in Monitoring and Remediation tools such as Microsoft Operations Manager and Nexthink.
•Competent in PowerShell scripting and Python or other programming language is a plus.
• Competent in Windows server Roles, such as: AD DS, AD FS, AD CS, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Competent in Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
•Good Technical Administration skills.
•Strong understanding of Cloud computing infrastructure and architecture.
•Ability to distil and capture objectives.
•Good analytical skills.
•Good verbal communication skills.
•The ability to run stakeholder meetings.
•Be a good listener.
•Documentation and writing skills.
•Able to challenge “the value”.
*Our ideal candidate has at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering or Information Technology or any related field with a focus on Windows Servers Administration, Device Management Tools, and dealing with SaaS solutions.
You also need superb problem-solving, data science, and communication skills.
*Experience: 2-5+ years.
