 ADATCO drugstore is looking to hire the following vacancy:


• Stock Management & Sales Administration - Administrative Assistant 


 

Main responsibilities:

• Inventory control and forecasting ensure the availability of the products within the set KPI's. 

• Follow up on the availability of the products.

• Raising orders with vendors.

• Stock and Sales analysis and reporting.

• Prepare correspondences.

• Administrative tasks including data entry.

• Report feedback, Problems, and Progress.

• Organize & Maintain all data and documents.


Essential Competencies for this post:

• BSc. in Business, Science, or Engineering.

• Advanced Computer skills.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Enjoy working with numbers and having good analysis skills.

• Tolerate working under pressure.

• Hard worker, Passionate, Self Motivated & Results-Oriented.

• Having a Team Spirit.

• Good time management skills, sense of urgency & able to prioritize.

• Work effectively towards multiple deadlines 

• Excellent attention to detail.
