We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our customer service team helping thousands of players in our application!
1) Perfect knowledge of the Arabic language including Arabic GULF Region dialect. You will be primarily dealing with players from countries such as Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.
2) Upper-intermediate level of English or higher. This is especially mandatory as our internal documents and communication are in English.
3) General adequacy, punctuality and, ability to work according to given instruction.
4) Previous support experience is a plus.
5) Stable internet connection and pc or laptop with no less than 8 Gb ram
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Solving user problems in the most efficient manner and in the shortest time possible;
Informing the user about the solution to their problem;
Schedule: We are working 8 hours per day in time scheme 2 working days / 2 days off with fixed shifts schedule from 1 pm till 9 pm GMT “eveningtshift” to work from your home.
