Job brief:
We are looking for Managed Services officer, who will be responsible for handling the daily tasks and including the responsibility for operating, maintaining, and supporting the company projects. adherence to the business rules and comply with the SLAs.
Responsibility:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems.
keep systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Follow diagrams and the instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Software engineering, computer science, or any IT-related field.
0-1 year experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidentiality with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
The ability to work well in a team.
Problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to Learn New Software and Hardware.
Driving license is required.
