The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying requirements
across business units and identifying substandard systems processes by
evaluating real-time data, creating a detailed business analysis,
outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business needs.
Responsibilities:
Identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to
identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints for all
kinds of customer interactions, transactions and engagements
Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design.
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
Modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field
Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
