Vacancy: HR Director
A client of ours (Global Manufacturing Company) is looking for an HR Director with the below requirements:
· 15-20 years of experience out of which 8 - 10 years in a leadership position.
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR.
Solid HR operations knowledge: recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, performance management and human resource information systems, etc.
Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures including diversity and inclusion.
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead change management processes.
Demonstrated experience in employee experience programs: employee engagement surveys, on-boarding programs, exit interviews, off-boarding, etc.
Demonstrated experience in data gathering, data analysis and preparing action plans accordingly.
Experience with supporting global teams/employees.
SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR or PHR certification
Excellent communication skills.
Strong sense of business ethics, integrity, confidentiality, sensitivity, self-discipline, job ownership and accountability.
Logical & critical thinking and judgment.
Complex problem solving,
Excellent negotiation skills
Project management skills
Risk management competency
Excellent command in both English and Arabic languages
