Marji Group is seeking for a full time position, a highly motivated Branch Manager for our new Aqaba Showroom branch; with the following qualifications:
Business and Operation Management Skills: Sufficient knowledge of Modern management techniques and best practices. Ability to meet sales targets, production goals and metrics. Direct all operational aspects including customer service. Results driven and customer focused. Excellent Organizational skills and effective Verbal & Writing communication skills. High level of Leadership skills. Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
Financial Management Skills: Able to manage budget, forecasting and planning. Ability to analyze financial statements. Ability to manage profit/loss management to maximize financial performance.
Experience / Certificates / Education: Holder for BA in Business Administration or related field. From 3-5 year of work experience in the same field of business. Proven branch management experience, as branch manager in Retail Business or similar role. Applicant's residency is preferable to be in Aqaba.
