Sigma Investments is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance department and take over the major reporting and reconciliation duties for our company.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting.
• CMA or CPA is a must.
• Ability to work independently and commitment to keep up to date on structural changes in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in monthly closings and journal entries in order to generate concise and standardized accounting statements.
• Assist in the financial reconciliation of specific accounts (e.g., accrual expenses, provisions) to ensure adequacy and accuracy of all financial data.
• Producing annual financial statements.
• Producing periodic reports and regulatory reports to specific deadlines.
• Providing support for the preparation of yearly budget and forecast.
