A litigation
attorney/ lawyer is required in international law firm who represents
clients in court cases and other kinds of adversarial legal proceedings
such as : arbitrations, mediations and administrative law proceedings,
who are: - familiar with court pleadings and court processes. - are
generally well-spoken advocates and are comfortable presenting cases in
front of judges and juries. – the required litigation attorneys are
commercial and complex civil litigation attorneys (who represent clients in commercial and business matters in civil court) and district attorneys.
The candidate must have a Bs.c degree from approved law school (Jordan
and/or Yarmouk universities only) and be an active member in good
standing of the Jordan Bar. Should have 2-5 years of experience.
